Since the very first reports about coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), Maintenance Supply Headquarters (MSH) has monitored the rapidly evolving situation. Our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak, and we appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world that are on the front line working to contain the virus. 

As we maintain regular operations across the U.S., we are taking measures to continue serving our customers while prioritizing customer and associate safety with COVID-19.  We appreciate your understanding that, as an MSH customer, your experience may look different as we navigate through this time together.

  • We are taking guidance from the CDC and local health authorities and have increased cleaning and sanitation in all our locations.  Will-Call counters and customer high-touch surfaces are disinfected regularly.
  • Our drivers will follow the CDC’s guidance on social distancing.  While our drivers traditionally call ahead to ensure they connect with you in-person and shake your hand, they will now call ahead to coordinate a delivery drop-off, and we temporarily eliminated the physical signed receipt requirement.
  • The MSH Outside Sales Team will be working remotely but with 24/7 access to the systems they need to take care of our customers and process your supply orders.  As always, please reach out to your MSH Sales Representative for all your supply needs or order online at
