What do I do if I already have a Lowe’s account?

If you have an existing Lowe’s account, you have the option to keep the two accounts (Lowe’s & Lowe’s Pro Supply) or close one or the other based on your business needs. The accounts will not link together, they are considered two separate accounts and will remain that way. The benefit of consolidating to the Lowe’s Pro Supply Purchase Card is having all purchases (Lowe’s & Lowe’s Pro Supply) flowing through one invoicing and billing process.
 

Will I receive my Lowe’s Pro Supply discount on Lowe’s Purchases? Will I receive my lowe's Pro Supply rebate on Lowe’s Purchases?

Discounts = You will save 5% every day on Lowe’s products as a feature of the Purchase Card, plus you can leverage any promotions or advertised pricing. In addition, you can leverage the Quote Support Program for additional savings on orders of $1,500 or more. See Pro Desk for details.

Rebates = You will receive your full Lowe’s Pro Supply rebate on all purchases, including Lowe’s and Lowe’s Pro Supply.
 

Will I need to register my business with Lowe’s to be tax-exempt?

Yes, you must have a Tax-Exempt certificate on file with Lowe’s, AND you must verbally self-identify at checkout in stores that you are tax-exempt for the Purchase Card transaction to not be taxed.  Click here to register your businessLowe’s Tax Exempt Registration

If a property has multiple ship-to addresses (ex. operations and renovation) and registers to receive the Purchase Card for both, how can they tell which card goes to which account?

There are two options that can help with this:

  • At the time of enrollment, use the First Name or Last Name field and add an “RR” or another indicator at the end of one of the names.
  • The last 2 digits on the card indicate the number of cards ordered and which one this is, the 3 digits before that indicate the unique ship-to number of the customer’s account and can be used to identify which card belongs to which account. 001 – operations; 002 – renovation.
     

What if I need to return/exchange an item I purchased at a Lowe's store?

Any returns or exchanges purchased at a store, MUST be returned to the store by the customer. The original form of payment must be presented to accurately process the return.
 

Can we use a generic name in the First Name/Last Name field? For example, Maintenance Technician.

Yes
 

Will my invoices be General Ledger (GL) coded?

Currently, all purchases made using the purchase card go to the non-stock GL code.
