Delivery includes lift gate or pallet jack service at no additional charge;
must specify if this service is needed at time of order.

Ice melt cannot be canceled, refused or returned once it ships; otherwise,
fees may apply.

Customer must be able to accept delivery when product arrives, or there will be
a freight charge for return freight and handling.

These products are sold by the pallet and available by drop ship ONLY and are
not stocked in our warehouses.
